How can differences become a source of learning rather than conflict or prejudice?
This is a key question individuals and organisations have been reflecting upon and trying to answer. International youth work offers organisations and individuals a unique opportunity to learn with and from positive encounters with differences.
This publication aims at equipping organisations involved in Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps Programmes and in other youth work activities with the necessary competences to embrace human differences and make their programmes and organisations more inclusive.
It is key to understand and address barriers and this publication can help organisations involved with training and youth work to integrate diversity management at all levels and use an inclusive lens in their internal practices as well as their programmes.
